How do you get access

Moorage will verify your account details and issue you credentials for access
You will receive an email from ProDatakey (PDK) Cloud Systems
with a link to the app
Open the email on the mobile device that you plan on using when visiting your vessel.
Download app. Takes about 60ish seconds. Allow notification and bluetooth
Reopen email on phone. Scroll down and click activate,
Go to your boat and have fun!
How many gate access does each slip receive?
As slip renter you will receive two gate access credentials - the initial set up administration fee is $20. Your account will be charged the $20 on the next monthly billing. If you return your key card you will be refunded $10 per card.
How much does it cost?
The initial administration fee is $20. This allows for up to 6 creditials. These must be set up at first request. All future additions will have a $10 fee per change and 2.50 per month per person for over 6 creditials.
What if you don't have email on your phone but you do on your computer?
You will still receive the email. Once you receive the email on your computer, then,
Download PDK Touch App and allow notifications and Bluetooth
Once complete, scroll down on the email and locate the Activation key,
Open App, click "use the activation key " and enter the key number from the email.
You will be all set up.

What happens to my current gate cards?
Gate cards will be deactivated with your gate access request being granted. You have 30 days to return your gate cards and your account will be credited $10 per card. All gate cards will be deactivated and card system removed on February 28, 2023.
Lake Mead Marina

Shower Access
If you would like to have shower access to Lake Mead Marina, please be sure to speak to the moorage department to add this to your account access. Please call the moorage deaprtment to request this special access.
I have multiple gate cards, how do I get more gate accesses?
For additional users beyond 6 at intial set up there will be a fee to add. See fees below.

How do you return your current gate cards?
Please label your cards with your slip # and name on contract. Refunds will ONLY be made to the registered card holder.
